Having Some Fun at Neo Park

We had a great time at the Neo Park. First we went on a train ride and Orion loved it. It took us around the park and explained everything we were seeing in Japanese. Then we walked around the park and fed about a million birds. We even had a little flock of followers and amazingly Orion just loved it and wasn't afraid. We had a great time out on a paddle boat that was shaped like a swan. It was kind of hard for me to get in and out of, but well worth it. It sure was a great day.

A little taste of the Botanical Gardens

Here is some of the great scenery you get. We also enjoyed a nice little rain shower while we were there that cooled us off a bit. I love the different water lilies there. It was another great day in Okinawa!

Here are some of the pictures from our Fourth of July. Orion loved the fireworks and still talkes about them constantly. We are so glad to have great friends to share our time with here.

New Hair

What's new on the Parkin Front

We love to go up to the Aquarium and see all the different fish. Orion is very good at picking out the Dori and Nemo fishies. This is us waiting for the dolphin show to start. It was awesome.
Getting so big I can't believe it. Orion had his second birthday this year. He is talking up a storm and getting very opinionated, but still melts my heart with his great hugs and kisses.

The Bike

So Dustin's bike is up and running again and even though it has been a pain in the butt he absolutely loves his bike. He has been going on rides everyday since he got it running again. Thank goodness my husband is a machanic and all we had to do is buy the parts and not pay some one else to do the labor. He says that at least he should know his bike inside and out from having to tear it all apart. I'm sure there will be more work to be done, but at least for now he can actually ride it and not just look at it sitting in the patio.
